Terms of Service

The service is operated by Kaiviti Rugby Academy UK Ltd, 2nd Floor Colledge House, 17 King Edwards Road, HA4 7AE, London, Ruislip, GB, company number 16495692. By creating an account or subscribing you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service is for adults. You must be 18 or over to create an account or to appear as a player on the roster. See our Safeguarding Policy.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us straight away if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. Administrator access to create and edit player records is granted at our discretion and may be withdrawn.

• Player, Rugby Agent and Club memberships are available monthly or yearly at the prices shown on the Player Membership and Clubs / Agents pages. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and access continues until then.
• Consumer subscriptions carry a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask us to start the service immediately, we may charge for the portion used.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider. Failed payments may result in suspension of access.

Anyone submitting player information must have the authority to do so and must ensure it is accurate, up to date and lawful to publish. Do not upload photographs or personal details of a player without their agreement. We may correct or remove content that is inaccurate, unlawful or submitted without authority.

• Do not scrape, bulk-download or resell roster data.
• Do not use the service to harass, discriminate against or defame any person.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe security or disrupt the service.
• Do not share membership credentials outside the seats your plan covers.

The service, its design and its software remain our property. You keep the rights in the content you submit and grant us a licence to host, display and export it as part of providing the service, including in PDF profile exports.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw features. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost contracts or opportunities.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and you may close your account at any time. Data is handled on closure as set out in our Privacy Notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
